Rosanne Calure, MS, CRNP

Rosanne Calure has been a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner in Howard County since 1996. She attended University of Maryland at Baltimore earning both her nursing degrees; a BSN in nursing in 1991 and in 1996, a Masters of Science and Certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. Prior to and during her graduate school training, she worked for several years in Shock Trauma and the Surgical IMC at UMMS. Her main focus throughout her career as an NP has been in Primary Care, however, Rosanne also has experience in Women's Health, Cosmetic Laser and Skin Care. In 2006, Rosanne was instrumental in helping establish Maryland Vein Professionals with Dr. Calure and became our first Nurse Practitioner. Today, Rosanne has several roles at MVP both in the clinical and administrative settings. She is also the proud mother of three beautiful children.

Teresa Rosas, PA-C

Teresa Rosas has twenty years of experience as a Certified Physician Assistant. She trained at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in Sacramento, California where she completed her training in 1988. Teresa moved to Maryland in 1996 and works in both Family Practice and Surgery. She has been with Maryland Vein Professionals since 2008. As a volunteer, she has served on the American Heart Association-Howard County and is a Master Gardner-Intern; she is dedicated to giving back to the community. Her additional interests include gardening, cooking and beekeeping.

Gina Birch, MS, CRNP

Regina Birch is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from University of Maryland School of Nursing with her Masters Degree in 2000. She has eight years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis on the complex needs of the Geriatric Population. Prior to completeing her Nurse Practitioner Degree, she worked as a Registered nurse for five years with experience at the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, Intensive Care Nursing and Medical-Surgical nursing.

Karla Sellers, MS, CRNP

Karla Sellers, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner joined the MVP Team in 2007 as a part-time Clinical Provider. Karla earned her Bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County (UMBC) and her master's degree from University of Maryland in Baltimore City. Karla has more than 23 years of nursing experience and she has worked at a number of the region's hospitals including Francis Scott Key Hospital (now known as Bayview), The R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, and The Patuxent Medical Group.

Karla has also served as a clinical instructor of nursing for the Nursing Program at The University of Maryland, School of Nursing; and Howard Community College.the Howard County Community College in Columbia, Maryland.

Karla is an active member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses' Association. She was honored to be selected as HCC's 2006 Alumnus of the Year. Karla also works as a primary care provider for Take Care Health Systems which provides an on-site health center for the employees of Discovery Communications in Silver Spring, Maryland.
